The robust and flexible approach by the ICSS’s Placement Officers facilitate the corporate entities to get a pool of skilled students by deploying the resource fitting to their required needs.
After analyzing and moderating the complexity of the career planning exercise and the wide array of options available to the graduates, the Cell of Training and Placement conducts various programs to meet the professional development requirement of students. The Cell counsels the students in the process of Career Navigation.
It provides a career guidance counseling to the students and soft-skills programs in alliance with the experts from market as well as industry for the overall improvement of students’ General Aptitude, Communication Skills and Interview Skills. The Placement officers play a vital role in job hunting and locating job opportunities for the students by keeping liaison with the Companies and Industrial establishments. It functions under the supervision of a full time Placement Officer. The Placement Cell is well equipped with excellent infrastructure to support every stage of the placement process like on-line / written tests, Interviews, Group Discussions, etc.
The volume of students getting jobs through Campus Placements is continuously increasing. Majority of the students are getting placed in top-notch companies even before the completion of their course. As per the protocol of the college, students are eligible only for one job offer. Besides this regular offer, students can also apply for Dream Status Companies; Dream status is offered by the college for a few selected companies based on several parameters, frequently. Till date many of our alumni are placed with world class companies, nationally and globally. This has helped us achieve a World Class Placement Infrastructure for the students.
